Creative Warriors January 2025

This is my next inspiration for the Creative Warriors

I have just come back from a few days away camping near the ocean. On arrival back I found my BeeArty box waiting containing Michelle's latest design Ocean Vibes.

I thought it was appropriate to make a little mini book using this and to add a few photos later...today I am giving you a taste!

I also saw Mary Anne on WOYWW mention meander books using paper bags and as I had this to hand, I decided to make one...

When opened out my paper bag became 10.5 inches by 23 inches.

I folded this into 3 columns 3.5 inches wide by 4 rows 5.75 inches wide.

Having cut down three sections on the first column and up three sections on the second I folded and glued to make the book.

I then added paper and sentiments:

Nice job! I wonder if you could incorporate the handles somehow, either as a design or a functional element? This would make a lovely book to record a seaside visit, kind of a travel journal sort of thing. It's very pretty and if it is like mine, very sturdy. Also obviously a fantastic upcycle project!
