Today I would like to show you my make for Ike's World Challenges!

The current Challenge (#48) is "Halloween"...and this is my midway post...



(There's a freebie on the Challenge post too...)

I am using WitchyMou who is pretty scary!!
I added a little colour with Promarkers, cut her out and
 distressed the edge with 'ripe persimmon'

I started with a piece of white card distressed with the same distress ink  and matted this with black card wrapped with orange fabric decorated with gold sparkly spiders and webs. 

This was pretty difficult to photograph as the spider was very reflective - I am showing you another attempt here!

Having added Witchymou, I emphasised her white eye with a pearl.

The final touch was to add a raven cut in black speckly and gold paper using a Sizzix die - with a googly eye!

The current QTR Challenge is to use the following colour combo:

I took the first three colours as orange, gold and black and will enter this make into the

 QTR Challenge

I used The Blood is the Life and Happy Helloween  to make another postcard for my album...I added some colour to the images with Promarkers and Distress Ink.

The base is black card matted with some red/pink splotchy paper next. Next I added splarkly red candy stickers (including some cut pieces to the eyes...

Today I am going to show you what I did with the SLSLines Sugar Skull Image

that I coloured with Promarkers.

This is my make for Domino Art - an Altered Kid's 4-piece Jigsaw Puzzle.

I started with a 4 piece puzzle:

I covered each piece with Embossed spider web paper.

I wanted to define the edges so I added Stormy Sky Distress which didn't show up much so I then followed with black gesso. 

 . I stamped the Viva Las Vegas 'Happy Halloween' Stamp in one corner and added Sparkly Spiders  in the others.

I still wanted to define the edges but didn't like the black so I then added Inka Gold turquoise.

To finish just another little ATC for the 'pink page' I mentioned on Friday.

I used the same pink sparkly papers from my stash.

The image is from Fresh Brewed Designs, Boo Who Owl, coloured with Promarkers.

I added pink pearls to the owl's eyes.

Yesterday I mentioned pumpkin carving...this picture is from two years ago - my daughter and I were quite pleased with our lanterns...

So do you want another bit of the album?

OK - here's another ATC...

Black card matted with another scrap of paper from www.bestcreation.us
  plus some SU stamps...not a very good photo as the sparkly paper did not photograph well!

This continues from Day 20. Do you remember this?

This page actually lifts up...you can see more of the green splashy paper from my stash
and scraps from the Halloween paper from Best Creations.

Using a craft knife I cut out the window in the top layer so that I could see the cat from Bugaboo's Halloween Windows -Cat  which was peeping through from the bottom.

I added the rhyme
'When black cats prowl and pumpkins gleam 
May luck be yours on Halloween!'

Finally more stamps from that SU set!

Well it's getting closer to the day now - I went to the allotment yesterday and collected more pumpkins - hopefully I will show you some carved ones soon...

I had taken the little barrow down to transfer strawberry plants from Mum and Dad's

 - it seemed a good place for the pumpkins! -

 and the other picture is some of the Autumn Harvest back home with Mum...

So back to my 31DOH Album...

My Box album contains 6 sleeves which have been decorated front and back -
 I am now working on my last sleeve!

Each sleeve has two 'postcard' makes,
 made back to back to slide in and out...so far you have seen these...

Today I am adding one using a 'Smeared Ink' image to the collection...
this is another of my favourites!

This is Dead Dancer Falling...the image was printed on water colour paper on to which I added a variety of Distress inks.

Behind the image is black card matted with some Graphic 45 paper.

I also added a Corner Gargoyle from Delicious Doodles coloured with Promarkers.

Then some metal butterflies...

Finally I added a Viva Las Vegas '31' stamp stamped with Versafine on white card distressed with Scattered twigs and matted on the same papers as the main card.
