Here's my make for the Challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More

Last weekend I was lucky enough to attend a crafty retreat with the
UK Stampers Network

One of the workshops was to make interactive cards - and here's one I made - green with a touch or red/pink...

This is the card front:

Pull the tag and the mechanism makes a flamingo pop out in the circle:

I love your little hiding flamingo. It is so wonderful that you got a chance to go to a crafting retreat. I hope you had lots of fun.
