WOYWW # 760

It is Wednesday so I am linking to the Stamping Ground

Follow the link to find out more about What's on Your Work Desk Wednesday and maybe join in... This is my post for WOYWW #760

Actually I have only just realised that it is Wednesday but here's my desk!

On the desk easel is a journal - two pages that I have blogged recently.
Much of the rest is the same as last week!

We have just had three festive days with all the family - this was Christmas Eve:

On Christmas Day we all went into the City for Christmas Lunch

On Boxing Day we all went bowling...

Lovely!

Apart from that Sophie, Kevin and I went to the rain room last Thursday - an art installation. A room full of rain which avoids you as you walk slowly through!

The garden has started to provide lots of produce for us...

and this is last night's sunset:

Wishing you a very Happy New Year... and hope to get around to you all this week...
Happy  WOYWW!

  5. Adore your Advent candles and page to go with them, super to see the rose candle amongst the lilac ones too. Oh my "The Rain Room" grabbed me completely and I had to google that one, what an amazing installation to go and experience. It's raining cats and dogs here at present as a storm goes by, glad I'm not out in that. Happy New Year Hugs BJ #3

  10. What a great time you've all had. I know there is a rain room in London but never been to it, sounds like fun but bowling! It's so long since I did that and now I've realised how much I miss it. I started at about age 14 and carried on all through college and then for a few years when I started work and then for some reason just stopped. I'll tell you more about the purple bag next week. Sending Christmas woyww hugs, Angela x11x

  12. Looks like you and yours had the most marvelous Christmas! I would so drag the fam to "The Rain Room" if it was still open in The Barbican!! Where was yours? As to desks, once or twice a year it is really nice to see what else all the WOYWWers get up to!
    Happy Christmas week WOYWW!

  13. Wow, you aren't wrong, the garden really is providing - how lovely. Marvellous how you got it prepared and producing so soon after moving in. Love your Christmas pics, and colour me surprised, public transport on Christmas Day! Great way to avoid the cooking stresses. I love the sound of the rain room, did you make someone else go first just to make sure sure you weren't in for a soaking?!
