A Year of ATCs? - Day 212

Today I am up to Day 212 of my 'Year of ATCs?'

Today's ATC starts with a rectangle of maroon card followed by a scrap of gelli pate background.

The attached image is a wooden stamp found in a bargain box.. stamped in black on pale green card. I then coloured it with a variety of markers and cut it out.

I decided to add this ATC to a Christmas card.

I started with a Kraft card base matted with a paper from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles

The sentiment is from Happy Little Stampers stamped on Kraft and matted on more of the maroon card.

I will link this to the Rudolph Days July Challenge

A Year of ATCs? - Day 210

Today I am up to Day 210 of my 'Year of ATCs?'

I have been meaning to use these images for ages - finally I have got around to it, combining the images with some scanned backgrounds in Serif Craft Artist 2.
Having printed the images I added more colour using a variety of markers and brush pens.
Using two of the Tonic ATC Collection dies I cut out the images and yellow backgrounds.
I added a googly eye to the male hare.
I made 6 ATCs - here are two more:

The images are from Vera Lane Two Hares

Addicted to Stamps and More - Make your Mark Challenge #252

Here's my Make Your Mark card...for the Challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More
This challenge requires a card using markers or colouring pencils or the like - making your mark...

This card uses the triple stamping technique and stamps from Indigo Blu - Poppy Meadow.

I started by cutting squares or red and white card in decreasing sizes, the first red square just smaller than my card base.

I then used my stamping platform to arrange the stamps and stamp over the three white squares.

I found the best way result was to stamp over all three cards, then remove the smallest, reink and restamp, remove the middle-sized card and reink and restamp.

I then added colour to my images using Promarkers - poppy, lime green and black.
I then layered the red squares with the image cards as shown:

I placed the sentiment inside:

Using a similar technique I made an ATC  which is my 207th ATC in 'A Year of ATCs?'

I added a few gems to this!

Hope you will enter the Challenge!

Ike's Challenge #93

Today I would like to show you my make for Ike's World Challenges!

The current Challenge (#93) Anything Goes with a Twist - Bunch of Kindness
and this is my midway post...

If you pop over to Ike's World Challenges you will find there is a super freebie to pick up:

Kindness

You could use this for the Challenge - but your image is free choice...

I have  the images from Seeds to make a trio of ATCs.

I used the same  images about 6 months ago to make a different set of ATCs:

Anyway this time I have used scraps of DP from my stash and the Tonic ATC Collection dies to make the backgrounds.
I then printed the images small, coloured them with a collection of markers and cut them out.
Finally I added some gems.

These ATCs are more makes for my Year of ATCs? - Day 206

Look forward to seeing your creations in Challenge #93...

A Year of ATCs? - Day 205

Today I am up to Day 205 of my 'Year of ATCs?'

Again I have used one of my Gelli plate backgrounds.

(I used acrylic paint and stencils and overprinted with a circular lid when dry).

I ran this through my printer and added a digi stamp - this time it is the image from the Limited Runs Progressive Challenge #6 on facebook.
I added more colour to the image using Zig real brush pens.

I trimmed the image to just slightly smaller than the 2.5 by 3.5 inches size of an ATC
and attached this to a scrap of card from my stash.

A year of ATCs? - Day 204

Today I am up to Day 204 of my 'Year of ATCs?'

Currently the Weeping Window of poppies is in Derby.

Related image

I decided to make an ATC using a poppy image.

This image is from Craftsuprint, designed by Pamela West.
I printed it 3 times and cut out sections of the second two images to decoupage it.
I cut the first image using a die from the Tonic ATC Collection and placed this on a scrap of pale green card.

Happy Little Stampers Video #1

This my first video for Happy Little Stampers!

Today I have a brand new video tutorial using the
Happy Little Stampers 'Especially For You' stamp set.

I wanted to show you how to make a card on which the main features are stamps from this set.

In this tutorial I will also show you how to use Distress Oxides to create amazing backgrounds...
but in this case I want to use just one colour for each background.
 Thank you for watching!

I also made a matching ATC which is my Day 203 of my Year of ATCs.

The bird is from 'Whimsical Friends'

The ATC uses a again a scrap of that background I have made for the card, distressed around the edges with Gathered Twigs and mounted on a small piece of dark green card.
The flower is the same as in the video and I have added colour to the bird using a Zig real brush pen.
