Rudolph Days Challenge

This is my make for the September Rudolph Day's Challenge

I started with a red card blank and then added a rectangle of green then red card to form layers as shown.  On the red layer I stamped the Tree stamp from the Woodware stamp set I used recently for a set of ATCs.

This holiday card is the third of four cards using this stamp set and scraps from my stash. I also stamped the Tree stamp on a scrap of green and cut out the Tree and triangles to paper piece them onto the red card.

Finally I added some pearls and 'Merry Christmas' - an LC Designs stamp on green and red punched squares.

This is my Day 266 of 'My Year of ATCs?'!

I started with a rectangle of pink and added my background - an embossed floral section highlighted with Distress Ink - broken china.
I then added a heat embossed flower cut out and coloured with Zig real brush pens.

Finally I added some pink gems.

Stencilled Distress Oxide Background Video - Happy Little Stampers Video #3

Today I have a brand new video tutorial using the
 Happy Little Stampers 'Doodled Flowers' stamp set.

 I wanted to show you how to make a card on which the main features are stamps from this set.
I start by making a background adding Distress Oxides to water colour paper.

In this tutorial I will also show you how to add extra dimension to your Distress Oxide backgrounds using a stencil. In fact I made two cards:

A Year of ATCs? - Day 264

This is my Day 264 of 'My Year of ATCs?'!

I take part in the Facebook Pocket Letter Lovin' Round Robin Swappin' Group
Last month the theme was 'Fairground' and I received the following pocket letter:

This month the theme is 'Silhouette' and this is one of my 9 ATCs that I have made for this swap.

I started with a rectangle of black and added my image printed on green - this is a digi I found on my computer and I am not totally sure of its origin but I think it is Dragons Lair.
I then added some butterflies from Stampin Up's Beautiful Wings die.
Finally I added some black gems.

And these are my 9...not all quite the same...

This is my Day 263 of 'My Year of ATCs?'!

I started with a rectangle of orange card, matted with some green which I had printed with acrylic paint using a plastic lid.
Next I added the image Sunflower from Scribbles Designs - one whole and two parts.
I had printed this 3 times and coloured them with Zig real brush pens.
Finally I added some gems.
