25 Days of Christmas Tags - Day 8

This is my third year of participating - I really enjoyed it last year (and the year before!)

And when it came to Christmas, I had more than enough tags made!!

It is hosted by Tracey McNeely and you will find the main hop post here
She works really hard to organise this hop and secures many sponsors!

Day 8 sponsor is Avery Elle

Each day I will CASE or be inspired by at least one tag...! Usually there are several that I am inspired by. Then visiting and commenting on other participants means that I see ideas that I have missed or see more inspiration!!

Here is my tag...

I was inspired by Lindsey Larsen
on Day Eight with these lovely tags!

I really liked the slimline look!

This is my version of the penguin:

Recipe:
  1. I used black and white card and twine to form my tag ( the back side is white for ease of writing on it).
  2. I then added white card to make the face, using pens for the features.
  3. I added parts of a Tim Holtz die cut for the hat and scarf in bright shiny red and white.

I will link this to the main hop post

Happy Crafting!

  2. Your long-and-lean penguin tag is absolutely darling! What a great take on Lindsey's tag that you've made all your own! So thrilled you're playing along with us!
