This is my third year of participating - I really enjoyed it last year (and the year before!)
And when it came to Christmas, I had more than enough tags made!!
It is hosted by Tracey McNeely and you will find the main hop post here
She works really hard to organise this hop and secures many sponsors!
Each day I will CASE or be inspired by at least one tag...! Usually there are several that I am inspired by. But I don't always have the sponsor's products so I have to improvise!
Then visiting and commenting on other participants means that I see ideas that I have missed or see more inspiration!!
Here is my tag...
Actually this Christmas tree is one of my favourite dies from Stamplorations. I have used it on many many cards - last year I used it as a focal point but cut from upcycled commercial cards...
This is my version:
Recipe:
- Tag cut from alcohol ink on gelli plate background.
- Die cut tree using plain green as background so busy
- Ribbon in a matching green stripe.
- Sentiment stamped with black archival using unbranded stamp.
- As a final touch I added some part holly leaves (Stamplorations Layered Holly) in red Archival to the background.
Happy Crafting!
Fabulous tree...Love your beautiful background, so perfect for your tree. Thank you so much for playing along with Tracey's 25 Days of Christmas Tags!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute tag! I really love the background! And that tree is just so darling too!
