WOYWW #834

It is Wednesday so  I am linking to WOYWW at Sarah's craft shed

Follow the link to find out more about What's on Your Work Desk Wednesday and maybe join in... This is my post for WOYWW #834.

This is my desk now having reclaimed it from Ollie...we have now taken him home!

On my desk is the whimsical journal I mentioned a couple of weeks ago - not much further on but I have done this page. I will mention this a little more with my Gecko Galz projects on the 1st June - how can it be June already?

Also on my desk you may be able to see some ATCs and an altered clipboard

If you scroll down to earlier posts you will see more about these.

I mentioned a spider in our letterbox some while ago - it is still there:

Happy WOYWW!

  1. Oooh blimey, is that spider a poisonous one? What am I saying? Aren’t all Aussie spiders toxic?!! Only joking, hope this one is friendly at least. Love the ATCs and your other works too, how nice to get your desk back after Ollie!

    1. Huntsman spiders are not generally considered dangerous to humans, although they do possess venom. Their venom is primarily used to subdue prey, and while bites can cause localized pain, swelling, and redness, severe reactions are rare. In most cases, the bite is not life-threatening, and seeking medical attention is only necessary if symptoms worsen or persist.

  3. Yikes, I still wouldn’t want to be bitten by one! I was once in a team bidding for work in Pilbara and our Aussie colleagues were teasing me about spiders the size of dinner plates! Evidently they’re not the only ones to worry about. We didn’t get the job so I never needed to find out. I love your whimsical journal and ATCs. Happy WOYWW, hugs Lynnecrafts 1xx

  4. Hi Susan I'm late today as we had to go out for a while. Loving the projects, anything related to the sea is good in my eyes though not so keen on the spider. Wishing you a very happy woyww. Hugs Angela x8x

  6. Oh my life I don't do spiders - the one crawling on your page is bad enough but a real one in your post box - Eeeeeekkk!!!Bet you've loved having Ollie to stay but at the same time glad to get your space back. Loving the whimsical journal. As for me having the sewing machine out on a separate "permanent" table was brilliant for Making Zen. I was pretty busy, hence my late reply. Hugs BJ#5

  7. EEK. Spider - and not the Spyder kind. Yikes. The ATCs are fab for sure, and the little squatter on your desk looks like he is having a blast!
The week got away from me but Happy (so late) WOYWW!
