Bugaboo's 9th Birthday Bash - Day #4

This is my fourth make for the Bugaboo 9th Birthday Bash.

I followed the bottom line of the Bingo chart - Ribbon, Tag, Stripes

Recipe:

1. Using a chipboard tag, I added striped paper from my stash and distressed the edges with Picked Raspberry distress ink.
2. I tied a ribbon through the hole at the top.

2. I coloured the image with Copics and cut it out. The image was one of today's new releases - a freebie just for today.

3. I die cut the sentiment in a toning colour - Stamplorations die.
