This month it is Greetings where your make should be inspired by this idea, chosen by Jane:
Make a card for Mum, Mummy or a special lady. It could also be Happy Birthday or Thinking of You.
Today's card uses the image from the Conjurer of Dreams Facebook group progressive challenge - this is the first card I made. I used this as a sample for a card-making class - I will add the instructions at the bottom of this post.
Today's card uses the same image in three parts, on layers of green.
I found the sentiment in my stash and also added some embellishments
Instructions for Card #1
1. Choose a piece of 12 by 12in card stock – any colour you like.
2. Use guillotine to cut a piece 4 by 12in and a piece 3 by 8in.
3. Score the larger piece at 4.5 inches, 9 inches and 10.5 inches.
4. Score the smaller piece at 5.75 inches.
5. Cut
matting pieces with a patterned paper for the sides that face front. 2.75 x 5.5,
3.75 x 4.25, 3.75 x 1.25in.
6. Add glue to the smaller piece like this:
