This is my desk today - I am continuing two of the junk journal pages  using the cardboard box I upcycled These I will just punch holes and clip them together with a metal ring.

Again I haven't done much crafting as my cousin and her husband have been staying for a few days as part of their Australian tour. They are from the UK. Anyway we have been 'touristing' with them. We took them to the Lume which was showing an immersive exhibition of First Nations Art.

We also visited the NGV and the Ian Potter Gallery.

The picture shows an exhibit in the latter where the machine moves along adding a drip of water every few minutes I liked it!

Of course we still had Ollie on Monday so we went to an Australian animal sanctuary.

Sorry I am a little late posting this - I have just come back from Aquarobics.

Addicted to Stamps and More #461 Make Your Mark

 

 

Here's my Make Your Mark project...for the Challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More

I started with a green cad blank matted with paper that I had spritzed with water and sprinkled with Mica powder.

I then added black acrylic paint through a stencil (Art by Marlene Advent Calendar).

Finally I used a black Sakura glaze pen around all the shapes and stamped the sentiment (Happy Little Stampers stamp)

I was inspired by 'Bring the singer, bring the nester'.

The image is a postcard from Vintage Image Craft

I added this to a white card blank matted with green watercolour paper.

To finish I added a butterfly and some embellishments.

As a consequence I have pictured 'Things that Fly'.

I used a kraft card blank and papers from Paper Rose in 'Periwinkle', 'Ballerina', 'Jade' and 'Candy Apple'.

I used the stamp and sentiment from Indigo Blu in black Archival.
