Happy Little Stampers - AG with Dies - January

Our winner for this challenge will receive a $20 coupon to spend at the shop! Check out all the details HERE.

Here is my inspiration for Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies Challenge

Do pop over and see my teamies fabulous makes!!

And what better from me than a Happy New Year card

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all!!

A very simple card using a green card base, a piece of white sparkly foam die cut with happy (a Tonic die) and numbers (from Craftstash) and diecuts using the same dies cut from a piece of Brusho background. I was hoping to get a sort of firework look...

Hope I will see your make in the Challenge!

While I was playing with these elements I started a spread in my journal...not done anything in here for ages!

It started with acrylic paint - cleaning off a brayer having done gelli plating!
Then a sprinkle of Brushos and spritzing.

Next I added some background stamping - a bubble wrap stamp.
On this side I added some pocket watches - stamped with black Archival ink.

On this side I added the globes printed on a Brusho background and cut out.

Finally I added the happy 2018 diecuts cut from foam pieces  - and emphasised the white happy with more Brusho pieces.

Happy Crafting!

  4. Hadn't thought about using the
foam for a background on a card.
Looks great. There are so many
colors of foam so it wouldn't be
hard to get a match for the rest
of the card. Love the projects.
    thanks for sharing.
