I made this ATC as part of an Edgar Allen Poe blog hop:

Bloobel, now trading as Twistoon now has some more placard bearing images as part of the new Progressive Challenge on Facebook.
My make is a Christmas card for my husband who is a real 'Bah Humbug' sort!
Recipe:
- Dark green card blank.
- Layer of green card.
- Strips of festive paper from a collection from papermilldirect.
- The Twistoon Image Banner Bruce coloured with Promarkers and cut out.
- I printed the sentiment on the computer and cut it out to adhere to the placard.
- Two sparkly deer embellishments - I am trying to use less glitter in the interests of the environment but still a little slips through...
