A Year of ATCs? - Day 140

Today I am up to Day 140 of my 'Year of ATCs?'

 Recently I treated myself to some Distress Oxide Ink pads 
and the Tonic ATC Collection Dies.

 My ATCs today feature these.

For the backgrounds I attempted emboss resist using the Distress Oxides and  Sin City stamp embossed with clear embossing powder.
The first one worked better than the second!
The border and hello came from one set of Tonic dies.


 I added some gems to finish.
The second one uses some dies from another of the Tonic sets.

    I think the oxides look so pretty.
    I have some but haven't used them yet.
