I have used the image Cute Big Eye Penelope #3 coloured with real brush pens, and cut out.
The background is a piece of yupo paper cut to fit a square kraft card blank and then with alcohol inks applied.
I am on holiday in Australia for a couple of months, staying with my daughter. We decided to play with some alcohol inks!
You can see my background in this picture of me - I used brown, yellow, and orange Tim Holtz inks, finally dripping more of the clear alcohol to make the 'bubbles'.
I then added the image:

First we painted the yupo paper with alcohol - this is just rubbing alcohol from the local chemist - then we dripped alcohol inks onto this.

Finally I added two of the stickers that were from one of the workshops at the recent retreat I went on with UK Stampers Network
The background is Distress Oxides on a self adhesive sheet of paper.
Once the backgrounds were coloured we then passed them around and all participants stamped a favourite sentiment on them until they returned to the beginning.
They were then ready to cut out and be used...
My card is inspired by the current Oddball July challenge Glow in the Dark Daydreams
