Ike's World Challenges # 122 - G is for Gingham or Plaid

Here is my make for Ike's World Challenges!

The current Challenge (#122) G is for Gingham or Plaid

and this is my midway post...

If you pop over to Ike's World Challenges you will find there is a super freebie to pick up...

Akita

You might like to use this for the Challenge - but your image is free choice!

I have used Quirky Parrot again as I wanted a Father's card for my Dad and I thought he would like this.

I coloured it with markers and cut it out....

The background is a layer of plaid, then a layer of blue card and then a hand stamped gingham using some kitchen sink stamps and torn to size.
These were all added to a white card blank.
Finally I added the Tonic die cut 'happy' cut in white then plaid. I printed Father's Day on the computer and die cut it with a small stitched die.

Ike is sponsoring  The 12 Months of Christmas Link up this month and their theme is also

  'Add some plaid'

The regular sponsor at 12MOC is

I made this card for Challenge #55 Add some plaid at the beginning of the month.

Using Krayzee katz

and

I used the same plaid paper for my Card for today too...

Hope you will pop over to Ike's World Challenges and see the DT's inspiration for the current challenge - and join in!

Happy Crafting!
