Here is my second inspirational make for this challenge:
I have made an ATC with a base of sparkly purple card.
I then used the precoloured image The Paper Shelter: Happy New Year!
I then used the precoloured image The Paper Shelter: Happy New Year!
I printed the image three times and cut sections layering them up with dimensionals to give a 3D image. I then added the twine and sequins.
