Say Cheese...

For this inspirational make for the Oddballstamps DT I have used  IMG 524.

My interactive card today involves a mechanical iris...

This morning I happened upon a video making a mechanical iris card
using the super Lawn Fawn Die set.
However I unfortunately don't have that die set - and it would cost $60!
So back to the internet and some research. I found various tutorials to make an iris card - and with the help of my husband I cut the appropriate parts with my Cricut Maker.

Recipe:
  1. Card base and layering sheet cut with Cricut. The layer of Websters Pages paper also had a circular hole cut in it to show the iris.
  2. After much research I cut the pieces for the mechanical iris with my Cricut. I used dimensional tape to add this to the base and also to add the paper layer.
  3. I used the camera from IMG#524 and drew it on the Cricut twice with pens - one image was placed on the card base, the second with the centre cut out, on the top.
  4. I printed the total image and added colour with Copics and cut it in pieces to surround the camera.

I will also add this to the Outlawz Thursday Twist Challenge Anything Goes

Happy Crafting!
