Butterfly Challenge #182

The fold is the current theme for Mrs A's Butterfly Challenge #182 is P is for Pillar Card

and she gives instructions on how to make one here. I have used version IV with one pillar adhered to the front.

This is the wheel - and colours

I used pale pink and Pistachio - in the Graphic 45 paper used to layer all sides.
I used a couple of dies for the floral wreath and the butterfly.
The sentiment is from Sizzix 665828 by Lisa Jones.
There is of course the butterfly and pearls fitting Challenge 2.

I will also link this to the Tuesday Taggers Keep it Simple Challenge as I found this fold pretty straightforward being made of only one piece of card 8 by 6, scored, folded, matted, decorated... I used double sided tape on the die cuts so they were very easy to apply.

Happy Crafting!

  2. So brave of you using your Graphic 45 papers! Love the placement of the pearls on the pillar. Thankyou for coming and playing in the butterfly garden with me. Hugs MrsA.

  3. The light colored die cuts stand in beautiful contrast to the darker badkground. It's a pretty design and I love it for requiring little paper, being light weight and the pillar seems to make it stand without problem still. Thanks for joining our challenge at Try it on Tuesday.
