25 Days of Christmas Tags - Day 21

This is the first year that I have come across this - but it sounds like a pretty good idea to join in - and get my Christmas tags done at the same time!!

It is hosted by Tracey McNeely and you will find the main hop post here

I have been really enjoying hopping around many of the posts associated with this hop -
so much inspiration!

I am still planning to have a go at a felt tag as featured by Miriam Prantner on Day 18.
However...so far I have just found the felt...

Day 21 hasn't been posted yet but I found I had a little time on my hands...

So my tags in this post are as follows:

I have been inspired by the many tags that are just basically a sentiment - hence the little one. This one is actually for my husband - he doesn't share my views on Christmas!!

For the larger one though I was inspired by Tracey  on Day 18 - here is her tag:

I love all the stripes...

I started with a red tag matted with stripy paper. I then paper pieced Ho Ho Ho (unbranded die) in red and green on green and cut it out .
I added a pipe cleaner that just happened to be on my table - and a stripey bell.

I will link this tag to the main hop post

Happy Crafting!

  1. Your Ho Ho Ho tag is such fun with the cheery, festive colours and patterns! Your husband will adore it, as do I! Another gem in the 25 Days gallery! So happy you're joining us!
