I have used Holly Durr's Fall Fairy, coloured with Promarkers and cut out and added to a tag.
I added this to a journal page...
The pages started like this - layers of spray directly onto the pages and then through stencils.
The tags were card shapes with added brayered paint and distressed around the edges with black ink.
The stamp I used on the left hand side is a Stamping Bella - blowing bubbles.I added a quote to the two smaller tags.
