Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #542

This picture includes my make for the

Do pop over to the Color Dare Challenge and take a look at my teamies' makes!

I made these cards in a  Zoom workshop with UK Stampers Network led by Patti Dutton.

This is today's colour scheme - in the first card I used colours similar to Periwinkle, Papaya and Honey Butter using Distress Oxides.

The sentiment stamp is from Sizzix Spring Sentiments by Lisa Jones. The floral spray stamps are by Tim Holtz.

Hope you will join the Color Dare Challenge...

In my second card I used Candy Apple (matting layer) then the intention was to use three colours in Distress Oxide from the palette Honey Butter Papaya and Seabrook - however my third colour looks much more olive in the photos.

The technique involved smearing the inks on a glass mat and picking them up with a piece of card. I then overstamped with a  text stamp in one of the colours and then with a floral stamp in black archival.

Happy Crafting!
