I decided to use the colour red as my "Mono" (black and white don't count!)
so I printed the image on red and used a red card base.
I then added some spotty DP to my base and matted the image on white.
Finally I added some swirly die-cuts, buttons and a bow...
Do join the Challenge making sure you use a digi and mono-colour!!
