Butterfly Challenge #196 #2

The theme for Mrs A's Butterfly Challenge #196 is F for Foil Card.

She explains the technique HERE

The wheel in the Butterfly Challenge is as follows with the colour scheme below

To play for the second prize you will need to use
2 colours from the palette shown above
A card using Foil
Flowers plus Frames on your card
Your Butterflies

This is my second attempt at this... and is pretty similar to my first card, but I wanted to try the alcohol inks.

I chose to use Forest Green and Flaxen.

It is pretty difficult to photograph these cards with the foil on them.

Having read Alice's comment, I used the foil lid to a food container and ran it through my Big Shot in an embossing folder.
I then dripped alcohol inks on this and blew it out with a blower.

I trimmed this and added it to my white card blank leaving a small white frame around the foil.

I die cut three circular frames and placed them on the card. I then arranged flowers and leaves on these - images printed on a patterned paper and then cut out.
Finally I added my butterflies - using stamps from a magazine I stamped the images with Versafine and used clear embossing powder to emboss them. I then fussy cut them.

This is aimed at the 2nd prize Challenge.

Happy Crafting!
