Butterfly Challenge #196

 

The theme for Mrs A's Butterfly Challenge #196 is F for Foil Card.

I chose to use French Rose and Flaxen. 

It is pretty difficult to photograph these cards with the foil on them.

Having read Alice's comment I used the foil lid to a food container and ran it through my Big Shot in an embossing folder.

I trimmed this and added it to my white card blank leaving a small white frame around the foil.

I die cut three circular frames and placed them on the card. I then arranged three flowers on these - images printed on a patterned paper and then cut out.

Finally I added my butterflies - using stamps from a magazine I stamped the images with Versafine and used clear embossing powder to emboss them. I then fussy cut them.

This is aimed at the 2nd prize Challenge.
