Crafting from the Heart New Challenge

Today another CHALLENGE starts at Crafting From The Heart -  "always anything goes"!!

We have a fabulous sponsor for you...

Nikki Burnette

I have used Telsa (coloured with Promarkers - and especially pink!)

You might remember the details of one of the calendars that I have been making this year -
I started with a piece of plywood 'burned' with electricity
as detailed here in my blog in November.
I painted around the edge with black gesso and I added square cards using rings at the top.
These cards will flip over for successive months.
I added a calendar pad at the bottom on layers
of red card and DP from Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale.

This was April:

Telsa is going to be May - this is the square card for the top left:
I have used Graphic 45 papers from An Eerie Tale.  May is an Inkadinkadoo stamp.
I have added feathers and keys...

Here is this month's calendar:

I was delighted to find out yesterday that I was a winner at More Mixed Media Challenge -Yellow
with my Journal front

so...I will link this to the More Mixed Media Challenge - Pink

Look forward to seeing your makes at Crafting from the Heart!

Happy Crafting!
