Day 2 of 2019 Cat Lovers Hop

This is my second make for the Cat Lovers Hop

I am joining in with the 2019 Cat Lovers Hop

Do pop over and find all the details on Janis' Her Peaceful Garden blog

The theme for Mrs A's Butterfly Challenge is N for a Never Ending card and she gives instructions on how to make one here
I decided to make a 'cat' version for the Cat Lovers Hop
as I had had so much fun making two previous ones!
(Scroll back through my posts!)
From the front it opens up as a gatefold to the second view. This then opens up to the third and finally the fourth. Then it opens up back to the beginning:

The card starts off with 4 six by three inch pieces of card. I used black card for this. I used a brown paper to mat each section. I then used kraft paper stamped with an A6 Paws background stamp from Hobbycraft with Versafine as the next layer.

These are my four views as I made them...

The stamp I used of the front is a cat with butterfly and tulips from Little Claire, stamped on white and coloured with Copics, then cut to size.

The remaining stamps are from the Catitude Stamp Set - a magazine freebie from last year.

I will link this 3rd version to the Butterfly Challenge #130

Happy Hopping!

See you on Day 3...

  10. Your card is fabulous, my folding is not very accurate so I have never attempted a never ending card.

    1. I usually go to an annual retreat with UK Stampers Network where I lead a workshop with a special fold. Last time it was a peek-a-boo card - next time it could well be one of these!!
