Patterned Paper Challenge - October 2019

Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge

Here is my make as part of the Design Team of
 Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge!!

a monthly challenge to encourage crafters to use their patterned paper

This is a magic window card based on Mrs A's current Butterfly Challenge , M for Magic Window card. She gives instructions on how to make one here
The wheel is as follows - I tried to find a paper in my stash (from the Works) with stripes on in mint, magnolia and mandarin. I used this to make the base and the various add on shapes.

Here's my card:

The motif on the front features a scalloped circle and a butterfly die that I won from Mrs A - a filler - I decided to fill it with Micro beads (something I'm not keen on but they are in my stash!)
I also added some metal embellishments and a ribbon under the motif to tie the card together.

Inside I stamped the sentiment and two umbrellas - colouring these with Markers.

I will link this to the Butterfly Challenge #129

Hope you will join the Patterned Paper Challenge!

Happy Crafting!

  1. I like the umbrellas on the inside and the hidden words are perfect. Great use of the prize butterfly too. Thankyou for coming and spining the butterfly wheel with me. Hugs Mrs A.
