25 Days of Christmas Tags - Day 6

This is my third year of participating - I really enjoyed it last year (and the year before!)

And when it came to Christmas, I had more than enough tags made!!

It is hosted by Tracey McNeely and you will find the main hop post here
She works really hard to organise this hop and secures many sponsors!

Day 6 sponsor is Stamplorations

Each day I will CASE or be inspired by at least one tag...! Usually there are several that I am inspired by. But I don't always have the sponsor's products so I have to improvise!

Then visiting and commenting on other participants means that I see ideas that I have missed or see more inspiration!!

Here is my tag...

I was inspired by Shery Russ on Day Six with this lovely tag!

Actually this Christmas tree is one of my favourite dies from Stamplorations. I have used it on many many cards - last year I used it as a focal point but cut from upcycled commercial cards...

This is my version:

Recipe:
  1. Tag cut from alcohol ink on gelli plate background.
  2. Die cut tree using plain green as background so busy
  3. Ribbon in a matching green stripe.
  4.  Sentiment stamped with black archival using unbranded stamp.
  5. As a final touch I added some part holly leaves (Stamplorations Layered Holly) in red Archival to the background.

I will link this to the main hop post

Happy Crafting!
