Gourds Galore!

CLEVER DEXTER CHALLENGE #11

This month we invite you to join in with

THEME: Gourds Galore!

COLOR PALETTE: Bourbon, Vanilla, Bay Leaf, Pale Leaf, Cognac (optional)

Please visit the Clever Dexter Challenge Blog to find out more...

Here is my first inspirational make for this challenge.  My colour scheme is rather more orange, black and white than the optional one above.
Again I have made a journal page.

I started by preparing the background - orange paint, crackling campfire Distress Oxide through Tim Holtz leaf stencil, skull serviettes attached with clear gel medium, black paint through Tim Holtz pumpkin stencil.

I then added the pumpkins (Find them here and here), printed, coloured with Copics and cut out.
I added the words, printed on the computer, trimmed and with a little black defining the edges. I added some penwork and some splatter (Dina Wakley gloss spray).

Hope you will come and join us!!

I will also link this to

I will be sharing today's seasonal make on Leigh's info page... Day 8, November 15th

Happy Crafting!
