ICAD - 44-52

Just another recap of ICADS to date!

#44  July 14th

Using papers from an IndigoBlu Mixed Media magazine and black soot Distress ink.

The bow was made after watching a you tube video,
in order to make this surprise present card.

#45  July 15th

Using alcohol ink spin background and Oddball Art image. Original post here

#46 July 16th.

When I made the tag on the left for a Christmas in July album, I printed the image from Gecko Galz a second time - but larger. I used this to make today's ACAD - just a black border and penwork with some flower embellishments.

#47 July 17th

This was using the same techniques as Wanderlust class 28 - a small album.

#48 July 18th

This matches a tag I made for the Christmas in July album. Original post here.

#49 July 19th.

This is a alcohol ink background with vintage photo Distress Ink around the edge. The mushrooms are cut from Cut & Collage 2.

#50 July 20th
My plan today was to use part of the same alcohol ink background as yesterday - but it was the wrong colour for my Gecko Galz image (a freebie)

Instead I used some Tim Holtz papers...

#51 July 21st and #52 July 22nd

I have had a few spun alcohol ink backgrounds on my desk for a few days. For my last two index cards of this 9, I decided to add some diecuts in black card, and some black soot Distress Ink round the edges.

This one has a Colour Blast die.

This was a Kaisercraft die (Texture Woven) cut twice.
I added black pen in some of the spaces.

Last group soon!

Happy Crafting!

  2. I love your cards, and yourbtag book is wonderful, I confess I'm behind on blogging, I've done all the cards and I did the tag book twice and got thoroughly frustrated by it both times. Your work is so lovely!

  3. What a fabulous gathering of color and art! I really like the little book. I am behind in Wanderlust but might need to skip forward to that lesson. :)
