Woodstock revisited


Today's make is an inspirational creation for  Oddball Arts Co


It's a sequel (or prequel ) to yesterday's make for the Clever Dexter Challenge Blog

Once again I have used the image Hippie Van - but this time on a journal page.

I printed it and coloured it with Copics, then cut it out.


I was going to make some sort of rainbow as a first layer of the journal page - but I saw this paper as end pages of my diary and decided to upcycle it!
I then added a strip of the bright  umbrella ribbon - again I had a few ideas in mind such as rainbow or hearts ribbon - but this was my final choice.


The words I used were from Joni Mitchell's Woodstock. 
I printed these, trimmed them and added red fineliner.


In the Summer of '69 I was in the 6th form...
