Color Dare Challenge #398



This is another make for

This is the colour palette:


I have used Candy Apple, Lagoon and French Vanilla...


Using the closest colours in Distress Oxides I formed the background, adding droplets of water to add some dimension, and tearing one edge.
I then overstamped with the Indigo Blu Poppy and the Happy Little Stampers sentiment.
