Recipe:

1. Blue rectangular card blank.
2. Layer of Stampin' Up paper
3. Image printed on white card and trimmed then placed on a rectangle of another Stampin' Up paper.
4. Sentiment from Joy Clair, stamped, trimmed and placed on layers of the same two papers.
