I actually made 5 of these cards as to do the paper piecing I printed the image out 5 times on different papers (magazine freebies).
Each card started with a white card blank matted with green card.
The image is also a freebie - Take a look here although I didn't quite follow Carmen's technique. I just printed the image on the 5 patterned papers, cut out the cups and glued them in place.
The sentiment is a stamp from CAS-ual Fridays which I stamped with Black Versafine, trimmed and placed on a green rectangle.
