10th Annual Christmas in July Event with Bugaboo... Day 2

Catch Christmas in July at Catch the Bug this week!


Day 2's event is a sketch inspiration:




Continuing with Santa's Workshop theme I again decided to make a card with an elf ... using an image from Mini Set Christmas Blocks


Using various pieces of card from my scraps  and a length of washi, I built up the background inspired by the sketch.
I then added the image, printed, coloured with Copics and a touch of Wink of Stella, and then trimmed.


Finally I added the sentiment - a die cut Be Merry (not sure of the origin of this die) and added two tree embellishments.


 



I will also add this to Leigh's Christmas in July Hop
