NBUS #16 July

Just a quick little post to share this with NBUS!

I wanted a little piece of artwork (about 2in by 4in) to illustrate the letter 'W' - this was a swap with a member of the UK Stampers Network.
I started with a little piece of marbled background and over stamped this in black Versafine with my first NBUS - the darkroom door's word block stamp. I was very pleased with how well this stamped. I trimmed this and added it to a scrap of grey card.
Next I used my second NBUS - the whale stamp from Stampin' Up's Whale Done - also stamped in black Versafine on some more of the marbled background.
I punched this with my third NBUS - the matching punch. Again I liked how well the punch went with the stamp!
Finally I added the w button - so my 'W' is whale and words - I can also see wave...

As this was also definitely made with snippets I will also link it to

Happy Crafting!
