25 Days of Christmas tags - revisiting Day 1 again

I came across this for the first time last year - and really enjoyed it  - and when it came to Christmas I had more than enough tags made!!

It is hosted by Tracey McNeely and you will find the main hop post here
She works really hard to organise this hop and secures many sponsors!

Last year I didn't get started until the 11th day - this year I made sure I got started on the first day!! Each day I will CASE or be inspired by at least one tag...!

The thing is, with each post there is so much fabulous inspiration - it is hard to choose just one (or two).

So this is my third pair:

I was inspired by SVITLANA SHAYEVICH on Day One by these stunning tags:

Day 1 showcases Altenew - one of the sponsors - I love their products and have quite a few - but unfortunately none that would suit my design...

Recipe:

  1. I used a Tim Holtz tag die (Sizzix Stacked Tags) to cut tags from red and white card. I cut the fishtails freehand.
  2. I added the sentiment strips - stamped with a Happy Little Stampers stamp and black Versafine.
  3. The snowflakes are from a Paper Smooches die set
  4. The number stamps and matching dies are from Craftstash.
  5. I added red and white ribbon.

I will link these to the main hop post

That's it for Day 1 - I will now move on to Day 2!!

Happy Crafting!

  1. I used those tags for Day 1 inspiration as well. Yours are so nice. It's hard to find just one tag a day to be inspired by, isn't it? So many beautiful tags by the designers.
