Color Dare Challenge #430

This is another make for the

Do pop over to the Color Dare Challenge and take a look at my teamies' makes!

This is today's colour scheme - a tic tac toe...

I have chosen the diagonal (top left to bottom right) using alcohol inks nearest to Candy Apple, Lagoon and Bluebird.

  1. Black rectangular card blank.
  2. Die cut in white using a Paper Rose die which is about 4 inches square - Circle Grid Cover plate 9.
  3. Behind each circular orifice I have placed an alcohol ink background on Yupo paper.
  4. I printed the sentiment, written in Word, and die cut it with a Spellbinders dotty circle die.

Hope you will join the Color Dare Challenge...

Happy Crafting!

  1. Very clever design to match the sentiment Susan! The alcohol inks look lovely and you've done a great job of matching them to the CTMH colours. x

  2. Such a fun card! I am really loving the alcohol inks and may need to invest and try these techniques.

  3. Wow what an interesting and beautiful card. Each circle captures the eye.

  4. Love your sentiment and your windows remind me of sunset, sky and sea... love it. Great colors using your alcohol inks.

  5. I love this idea with the windows. I've just got some Sue Wilson dies that have a similar effect and you've put me in the mood to have a play xxx

  6. I was mesmerized by your card the first time I saw it. Couldn't take my eyes off of it. Love the cute saying & how it ties in with the focal piece.

  7. Love the alcohol inks, they look so effective behind those circles. The title is perfect too! a beautiful piece of art.

  8. This card is so striking and different and that is why I love it!! I especially smile at the sentiment so fitting and kind of funny... Your die cut is the perfect way to divide the alcohol ink panel. Well done!! Thanks for the inspiration teamie.. Have a good day and stay safe.

  9. That sentiment is absolutely PERFECT with the circles above. Love, love, love the alcohol ink circles! Great work :)
