Our challenge this month starting on September 15th is to use Embossing Powder...
I used the image Pretty Butterfly
I used a black card blank adding the image and sentiment directly to this.
I printed the image and then used an Art by Marlene stencil to add the circles, sponging embossing ink with a sponge. I then used Lindys orange embossing powder.
I then used an embossing pen to add colour to the feeler - black embossing powder - and to the circles - kitsch flamingo and salvaged patina.
I added peacock feathers Distress Ink around the edges of the butterfly and sentiment words. Finally I added penwork in black and white.
