There was time when added bits of mesh was the "In" thing to do to add some interest and texture to your scrapbook pages, journal pages and cards. You could buy it in practically any color you wanted/needed including metallics. But like everything other odd little trend the fascination for mesh faded away leaving plenty of us with small rolls of the self adhesive mesh tuck into the back of some drawer. I do still pull mine out on occasion as it's its a nice touch for masculine cards.
I used the Birdhouse image, adding it to a section of my Halloween album. This section is one of the pockets - I am using these to contain cards. In this pocket you can see one of my cards using Ike's witch silhouette.
This mesh I had in my stash was this orange and red and gold ribbon.
I printed the image, coloured it with brush pens and cut it out. I then fixed it in place.
I then added ghosts (image from Oddball Arts), printed in two sizes and with a little colour added with markers.
I finished the rest of the section with Stampin' Up papers.
Hope to see you in the challenge...Happy Crafting!
