Color Dare Challenge #466 ... Countdown to Halloween

This is another make for the

Do pop over to the Color Dare Challenge and take a look at my teamies' makes!

This is today's colour scheme

My card today uses as close as possible to Rosemary, Lemonade and Wild Berry, plus black and white.

Hope you will join the Color Dare Challenge...

I used a black card blank with a first layer of white card with the three colours of ink, applied with masking tape. I trimmed this to size and added black soot Distress Ink around the edges.

I then added the bats with black soot through a PaperArtsy stencil PS288I then added the witch. Initially I tried to stamp directly onto the stripes of ink - but it didn't show up. So I stamped it onto white card and cut it out. I decided not to add any colour to it.

Find the witch stamp here Lost Coast Designs Women

Finally I added part of one of Leigh's sentiments, trimmed and added with the black Distress ink.

Happy Crafting!

During October you will see many Halloween-y projects on my blog as I am joining in with

I will share this card to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity 31DOH Challenge too

And as always I like to add the skeletons hopping!

Happy Hopping!

  6. Great background for your witch, and love that you popped up the witch instead of just stamping on the card wherein it sometimes minimizes the dimension... cool card.
