Stay Inspired & Stay Safe!

Well this hop is almost going to cover our current lockdown as we have 6 weeks of  Stage 4 restrictions. Please let's hope they will work...
Thank you, Leigh, for inspiring us to keep busy!

The first make that I am going to share is two double pages from my journal. These were made as part of a journal workshop with Sharon Everett
at The Forget Me Not Kraft Kabin

This is how the first pages started - I roughly tore out a heart shape from a 'stitched' rice paper and stuck it across a double page in my journal.

The stencil I used was a Tracy Scott one from PaperArtsy. I used this to draw the shapes with a pencil, then using a craft knife I cut them out.

I then started applying neon paint with my fingers.

I used the stencil again to extend the image in a turquoise paint.

Finally I added doodling with Posca pens and stamped around the heart with a small paisley heart stamp from Stampin Up.

I used inks in green and brown - Versafine Clair in Verdant and Pine Cone.

I will add this to Leigh's Linky.
The second two pages are in the next post...

Happy Crafting!
