I just realised that I had hopped on to days 3 and 5 of the Altenew Stunningly Styled Stencils course yesterday without blogging about Day 2...
I was so excited by that alcohol inks and texture paste technique!

Day 2's technique was colouring with markers through a stencil.
Once again I didn't have the Altenew stencil as mentioned in to video so I used PS186 from Jofy. This has two sprigs of leaves.

Once I had coloured the leaves I added them to a sample paper from Stampin Up. I then die cut a scroll from this (not sure of the origin of the die) and then added it to the card blank, also from Stampin Up, saving the scroll. (SU products Pretty Peacock and Ornate Garden.)
I then die cut the same scroll from silver - I placed this in the gap on the card blank.
I cut another three scrolls from white card and made a 'chipboard' with the saved scroll on top. I added this to the card slightly offset from the silver scroll.

I then wanted to add a sentiment - so I made two 'chipboards' with three white die cuts topped with a silver version. I wasn't sure which one I wanted to use:

I decided to go with 'Just For You'.

I will add the card  to Leigh's Linky

But if you are interested in yesterday's stencil plus texture paste plus alcohol inks - this is how they ended up today...

Happy Crafting!
